Important site changes

Some of you may have heard that things are changing on the site, and I wanted to make this post to clarify exactly what's going on.

First of all, Tsorea has retired from the staff, and is now just a regular user. Tsorea has been on the staff since this site was first created, and was a mod on the old site. On behalf of everyone here, I'd like to thank him for his contributions to the site, and wish him all the best with his new-found free time.

Second, though it pains me to tell you this, Rockferd is also leaving the site. After nearly two years of devoting himself to the site and ensuring it's smooth running, he has decided it's time to move on. He'll be staying on until we get things sorted, but after that ownership will be transferred over to another member of the staff and he'll say goodbye. The IRC server will be taken down this Friday, and we will be announcing an alternative location soon.

Please use this thread to wish Rock and Tso all the best (although Tso isn't leaving), and feel free to ask any questions regarding the changes to the site.

Just to point this out, the law dates back later than that, and court cases even back to 04 can be found on it:

"In 2004, Dwight Whorley was charged with 19 counts of violating ? 1466A(a)(1) after employees of the Virginia Employment Commission discovered he’d been using a computer in their public resource room to download “Japanese anime-style cartoons of children engaged in explicit sexual conduct with adults.” U.S. v. Whorley, 550 F.3d 326 (U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit 2008). The indictment charged Whorley with “knowingly receiving” the child pornography."

Just to put that out there.

I Read on that Case I'm fairly certain he was in possession of actual Child pornography in addition to past offenses involving actual Child pornography.

Aside from that i think its all ridiculous from doing some research and personal experience it seems whether one gets in trouble for lolicon/shotacon goes on a case by case bases so i suppose better safe than sorry

thanks I join this site like I think every one did to look at loli and shotacon
but the people I meet here are the greatest one I every talked to on a chat room . and with the help of one member total charge my life for the better with that member help I fould myself and I am living a new life of happyest I never knowen before in my life , lolicon R us will always have a places in my heart

As for Tsoea, you've put a lot of work into making the Gallery what it is today. I hope, even as a regular member, that you'll still take time to grace us with a few of the new recruits from your vast shota army. XD
